Welcome to High Refuge Ministries!
We are a non-governmental, evangelical organization made up of volunteers who work with people living with HIV/AIDS. We are committed to educating the Paraguayan people about the the reality of AIDS, how to prevent infection, and how to respond positively to the growing needs of people infected with HIV/AIDS in Paraguay.
We also provide many free services to those living with HIV/AIDS and, through Dulce Refugio, we provide special services for children affected by AIDS.
